Ryan Spadafora

Ryan Spadafora has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in different companies. Ryan is currently employed at Benefit Cosmetics as a Senior Director Quality since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at New Theory Ventures as the VP Product Development & Operations starting from October 2020. Ryan also has a significant history with Benefit Cosmetics, where they held the position of Director, New Product Planning from May 2017 to October 2020 and from September 2009 to October 2020. Before joining Benefit Cosmetics, Ryan Spadafora served as the Compounding Manager at Gordon Laboratories from September 2006 to September 2009.
