Patrick Wales is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently, Patrick serves as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at BenefitFlow since May 2021. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of Operating Advisor at Tenex Capital Management from June 2019 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Patrick worked as a Software Engineer at Adroit Trading Technologies and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included developing algorithms used for stock correlation analysis and daily data updates for trading models. Patrick began the professional journey with internships at Morgan Stanley and Apis Financial Strategies, LLC. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Bucknell University, earned in 2015.
