Pegi Lair

Pegi Lair is an experienced Telecommunications Manager with a strong background in managing telecom operations across multiple organizations since 1993. Currently positioned at BenefitMall since September 2012, responsibilities include overseeing telecommunications for over 50 locations and managing various vendors with a focus on contact center and outbound telemarketing solutions. Pegi's prior roles include Project Manager III at Bank of America and IVR Project Manager at AT&T, as well as extensive tenure at HealthMarkets, Inc. and The Mega Life and Health Insurance Company, where telecom management encompassed large PBX systems, call center technologies, and 24/7 voice services. Pegi's education was completed at The University of Texas at Arlington.
