Janel R.

Janel R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Janel started their career in 1991 as a Senior System Analyst at Principal Financial Group. In 1995, they joined Technology Transition Support Corporation as a Software Systems Engineer III on a contract basis. Janel then moved on to Verizon in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst, Design Lead, and later as a Manager Quality Assurance until 2002. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at BenefitVision, Inc. in various roles, including Software Developer and Director of Data Processing and Analysis. Most recently, Janel joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners in 2021, initially working as a Product Owner and now as a Director of Data Integration.
