McDavid Maddox

McDavid Maddox has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Ward Services as a Benefits Specialist and Counselor, where they traveled throughout the Southeast to educate and enroll clients in insurance policies. During this time, they achieved the highest sales recorded in the company's history. In 2015, Maddox joined BBVA Compass as a LEAP Associate, participating in a comprehensive rotational program to gain exposure to different departments within the organization. McDavid also served as the President of the Student Government Association at Samford University, overseeing five branches and managing large events with hundreds of student volunteers. Furthermore, Maddox worked at BenefitVision, Inc. as the Director and Vice President of Business Development, where they contributed to marketing initiatives, implemented Salesforce as a CRM tool, and sought new business opportunities as a leads analyst. McDavid demonstrated expertise in employee benefits programs and built long-term partnerships with clients. Additionally, they volunteered at Jones Valley Teaching Farm in 2014. Overall, Maddox has a strong background in business development, customer service, and leadership roles.

McDavid Maddox attended Houston Academy from 1993 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Samford University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the High Impact Presentation and Skills for Success programs at Dale Carnegie Training in 2015, and obtained a Life and Health Insurance certification from the Alabama Department of Insurance in 2013.
