Tom DeBolt

Tom DeBolt has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom started their career in 1999 as the East Coast Regional Sales Manager at Black & Decker, where they successfully expanded sales and received recognition for exceeding corporate targets. Tom then took on roles such as Director of Corporate Business Development and Director of Marketing, Industrial Products Group, where they played instrumental roles in developing global growth strategies and generating significant revenue. In 2009, Tom joined Loewen as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, where they focused on strengthening marketing and sales, leading to the successful sale of the company. Currently, Tom serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Director, and Corporate Officer at Benelli USA, where they aim to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovation while building strong relationships with partners. Tom also holds positions as President, Director, and Corporate Officer at Stoeger Industries and acts as a Corporate Officer, Vice President, and Director at Sporting Activities Insurance Limited. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, financial results, and creating opportunities.

Tom DeBolt earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Butler University. Tom later obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland, specializing in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Organizational Development.
