An Fobelets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and communication, currently serving as the Center of Excellence Manager for Global Onboarding and HR Project Manager at BENEO since April 2007. Fobelets has successfully established a global onboarding strategy that balances a cohesive experience with local cultural nuances, while also managing a comprehensive welcome program for new employees. Previous roles at BENEO include Learning and Development Manager and HR Officer, focusing on various aspects of workforce development, employer branding, and talent management. Fobelets also has experience as a Communication Coordinator, where responsibilities included media relations and marketing strategy. Prior to BENEO, Fobelets worked as a Medical Education Assistant at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics Europe and as a Marketing Assistant at Chubb Security. Fobelets holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and has further education from CLT Leuven.
