James M. began their work experience in 2013 at Firmenich as an Associate Food Technologist. James then became a Food Technologist before leaving the company in December 2015. In 2015, they started working at Pinnacle Foods as a Food Scientist until May 2018. Since June 2018, James M. has been with BENEO, initially as the Application Center Manager and currently as the Head of Customer Technical Service.
James M. has a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University.
