Jonathan Gerday

Jonathan Gerday is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the food and bioengineering sectors. Currently serving as the Plant Director of BENEO Orafti Belgium since January 2018, Jonathan has held various roles including Technical Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Power Plant and Utilities Engineer. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Biowanze from December 2007 to November 2019 as a Power Plant Process Engineer and Production Engineer. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager with COFELY FABRICOM - GDF SUEZ GROUP and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Emerson Climate Technologies. Jonathan began their career as a Project and Research Engineer at Université de Liège's Laboratory of Polymers and Composites. Jonathan holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Gramme (Liège) and completed earlier education at Collège Saint-Roch (Ferrières).
