Michael Watts

Michael Watts currently serves as the VP of Sales at Benepass since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles at SWORD Health from November 2019 to May 2024, where Michael held titles such as Vice President of Sales, Head of Strategic Employer Sales, and Regional Vice President of Sales. Previously, Michael worked at Artemis by Nomi Health from October 2015 to February 2020 as a Sr. Enterprise Regional Director, earning recognition as Top Employer Regional Director for three consecutive years. Additional experience includes various sales positions at Needle and a stint in business development at Rangespan Ltd. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Liberal Arts and Spanish from Utah State University and an MBA in International Business from Middlesex University.
