Mikko Söderlund

Mikko Söderlund's work experience includes roles such as Research Scientist at VTT Microelectronics from 1996 to 2004, Product Manager at Liekki Oy from 2004 to 2007, Research Scientist & PhD student at Aalto University from 2007 to 2010, and various positions at Beneq from 2010 to present, including Application Manager, Director of Technical Sales, Program Manager, Head of Thin Film Encapsulation Solutions, Head of Industrial Solutions, Sales Director, and currently serving as Head of Sales. At Beneq, they have been involved in technical sales, program management, and leading industrial and thin film solutions teams, specializing in atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology for thin film coating and electroluminescent displays.

Mikko Söderlund completed their MSc in Photonics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in 1998. Mikko later pursued a PhD in Photonics at the same university from 2007 to 2009. In 2006, they earned a Green belt in SixSigma from Quality KnowHow Karjalainen, and in 2005, they completed courses in Key Account Management and Lean Management at Mercuri International.
