Andrew Glickman

Andrew Glickman is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Currently serving as a Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity Partner at Benesch Law since April 2024, Glickman was previously the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at NAX Group and sweetgreen, where significant contributions included overseeing the legal department through the company's IPO and managing complex M&A transactions. With a background as a Legal Director at Uber, Glickman led high-profile deals involving major global companies and was an integral part of the team managing Uber's IPO. Glickman's legal career also includes roles at Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and involvement with The L Suite and New School San Francisco as a Board Member, reflecting a commitment to legal excellence and peer collaboration.
