Eric Krischke is a Partner and Co-Chair of Intellectual Property - Patent Prosecution at Benesch Law, leading the Patent Prosecution group. With 28 years of experience as a registered patent attorney, they have represented domestic and international clients in various areas of intellectual property law, focusing on patent portfolio management and litigation. Previous roles include Partner at multiple law firms, where they developed comprehensive global IP strategies and managed extensive patent portfolios across a range of technologies. Eric holds a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a JD from John Marshall Law School.
