Gregory Phillips

Gregory Phillips is a Partner and Vice-Chair of the Litigation Department at Benesch Law, where they also serve as Chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group. They litigate complex business and commercial cases for diverse clients and have successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Litigation Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP and held positions as a Judicial Law Clerk and Litigation Associate at various firms. Gregory earned their Doctor of Law from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History, Magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
