Joan Donovan

Joan Donovan is a seasoned corporate paralegal with extensive experience in various legal environments. Currently, at Benesch Law since April 2022, Joan supports corporate legal matters. Previously, Joan served as a venture capital paralegal at Much Shelist, P.C. from April 2021 to April 2022 and held the position of senior paralegal at DLA Piper from September 2019 to September 2020, focusing on real estate capital markets. Joan's long tenure at Kirkland & Ellis from October 1992 to January 2019 included providing comprehensive support for the Private Equity/M&A Practice group, managing a wide range of transactions, document preparation, and state filings. Joan holds a B.A. in Music from Michigan State University and a certificate in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
