Kyle Gillen

Kyle Gillen is the Partner and Chair of the Private Equity Finance Group at Benesch, where they focus on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution across the capital structure. Previously, Kyle held positions as a Partner at DLA Piper and Honigman LLP, and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Kyle began their career as a Law Clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and worked as an Assistant Trader at Cutler Group, LP. Kyle earned a Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
