Mark Biddlestone has a strong background in operations and human resources management. Mark started their career at Weatherchem Corporation in 1994 as the Plant Manager and Director of Human Resources. During their time there, they successfully implemented restructuring measures and reduced operational labor variance. In 2000, they joined Anchor Danly as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for turning around three manufacturing plants. Mark improved on-time delivery rates and oversaw various aspects of the business units. In 2005, Mark joined Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff as the Director of Operations & Human Resources. Mark led a team in establishing record retention and client file management policies, as well as improving staffing ratios.

Mark Biddlestone holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Corporation Management from Ohio University.
