Mark J. Silberman

Mark J. Silberman is a Partner at Benesch Law, where they chair the White Collar, Government Investigations, and Regulatory Compliance practice, and serve as vice-chair for Health Care. They have significant experience in health law, having previously worked as a prosecutor and held roles such as Chief Counsel for the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board and Deputy General Counsel at the Illinois Department of Public Health.
