Michael Houston

Michael Houston is the VP of Business Affairs and General Counsel at TCP Lighting, where they specialize in representing businesses across various industries. With a background that includes time as General Counsel at ETD Diversified Management and the owner of Houston Legal Counsel, they have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial litigation. Michael also served as Of Counsel at both McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. and Benesch Law. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
