Michael Meuti is an experienced problem solver who represents clients in complex litigation, including class actions and high-stakes disputes across trial and appellate courts nationally. With a background that includes clerking for two federal judges, Meuti leverages extensive litigation experience in areas such as RICO, antitrust, and environmental law to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Currently a Partner and Chair of the Appellate Practice Group at Benesch Law, Meuti also serves as a Chapter Leader for the American Constitution Society, reflecting a commitment to individual rights and justice.
