Nathan Sargent

Nathan Sargent is a healthcare M&A attorney with extensive experience in corporate governance and communications. They began their career at Summa Health, where they held several roles, including Communications Specialist and Governance and Physician Contracts Manager, contributing to key governance and internal communication initiatives. Nathan gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Benesch Law before becoming a Senior Managing Associate in the firm's Healthcare+ practice group, focusing on healthcare transactions and regulatory matters. They currently serve on the Board of Directors for the International Soap Box Derby.
