Nisha Patel

Nisha Patel is a Partner at Benesch Law, specializing in corporate law with a focus on commercial lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure, and real estate transactions. Previously, Nisha served as In-House Counsel at Enlivant and held attorney positions at Axiom and Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, where they worked on corporate, commercial finance, and real estate matters. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Internal Audit Consultant at Protiviti Incorporated and a Legal Summer Intern at BP. Nisha is currently pursuing degrees in Chinese Law at Tsinghua University, and both Accounting and Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
