Seth Kleinman

Seth Kleinman is the Chair of Benesch's Special Situations Practice Group and Vice Chair of the firm's Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group, where they advise clients on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. They have held numerous prominent positions throughout their career, including partner roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, and served as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Seth began their professional journey as an analyst at Cornerstone Research and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Eugene Wedoff at the United States Bankruptcy Court. They earned a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in International Relations, History, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
