Tom Caley is a strategic, creative, and people-focused product design and customer experience leader with a strong background in bridging user needs and business goals. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Benetas, Tom employs various methodologies to develop business process designs and drive strategic outcomes. Previously, Tom held several leadership roles at Origin Energy and contributed to transformative customer insight initiatives at Bupa Australia and Bupa. As the Partner & Head of Design at The Evolved Group, Tom led the HumanListening® platform's design strategy, delivering innovations that enhanced client engagement and operational efficiency. Tom continues to pursue education in fields such as Scrum Master accreditation and graphic design.
