Jessica Wright is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Benevis, Jessica previously held the role of People Department Operations Manager at The Outreach Team, where responsibilities included overseeing employee investigations, policy management, and training reporting. With a background that encompasses administration and project management, Jessica has also contributed to various educational institutions as an Adjunct Professor and has experience in campaign management and fundraising as demonstrated in past roles with political campaigns and organizations. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree from Ashford University.
