Lori Shaw

Lori Shaw currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Benevis, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lori was the Chief People Officer at Acuity Eye Group from May 2022 to July 2025 and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Total Vision LLC from August 2018 to March 2022. Lori's extensive background in human resources also includes roles such as Executive Director of Human Resources at CalOptima, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Director at various organizations, including Alliance HealthCare Services and Health Essentials, LLC. Lori's career in human resources began at HealthEast, where a range of leadership positions was held from 1998 to 2010. Lori holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University.
