Heather Eeles

Vice President, Client Support at Benevity

Heather Eeles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Heather most recently worked as the Director of Support at Benevity, where they implemented an outsourcing model for end user support and technical support. Heather also introduced a 24X7 support model for international users and a premium support model that generated over $1M in revenue. At Vecima Networks Inc., they served as a Program Manager, implementing and managing a governance model for new product development. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Specialist at Cenovus Energy. Heather also has significant experience at SMART Technologies, where they were the Director of Customer Experience and Technical Services and played a key role in designing and implementing a global customer experience strategy. Heather started their career as the Vice President of Support Services at Dynavar Networking Inc. and worked as a Senior Technical Specialist at CDG Inc.

Heather Eeles completed their undergraduate studies at Lakehead University from 1992 to 1996, earning a degree in HB Com with a focus on Management Information Systems. In 2014, they attended Adpro for a short-term program in Change Management. Heather also pursued studies in Mining and Petroleum Technologies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), and Photography at the University of Calgary. Additionally, they hold certifications in Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, Change Management from Prosci ANZ, and SAFe 4.5 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
