In private equity, we invest in profitable, growing small-to-mid market companies with strong business models, records of revenue and earnings growth and the leadership capable of sustaining that growth. In real estate, we focus on technical and distinguished developments including land aggregation, site repositioning and entitlement, renovation of older buildings and infill projects. In venture capital, we focus on partnering with dynamic, scalable platforms which have unique placement within growth industries.
