Benham Park is a historic Georgian estate in Berkshire reopening in Spring 2026 as a wellness-led Medical Park and residential retreat set within more than 100 acres of beautiful English parkland.

Originally built in the 18th century, the estate was once a place of culture and gathering hosted by Lady Elizabeth Craven, who welcomed notable figures including Horace Walpole and David Garrick to perform within the estate’s amphitheatre.

Today, Benham Park is being thoughtfully restored to create a peaceful and discreet environment dedicated to wellbeing, recovery and restorative living. The estate will host residential wellness retreats, therapeutic programmes, leadership retreats and corporate off-sites, offering organisations and individuals the opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with health, focus and creativity.

Alongside its core wellness and retreat activity, Benham Park will also host a limited number of carefully curated ancillary events each year, including private celebrations, brand gatherings and cultural occasions that reflect the heritage and character of the house.

Benham Park combines heritage architecture, historic parkland and thoughtful hospitality to create a distinctive destination for wellness retreats, executive retreats, corporate gatherings and private events in the English countryside.
