Gary Horan

Gary Horan, P.E. serves as the Director of Engineering at Benham, a Haskell Company, since June 2019. Previously, Gary held the position of President and Professional Engineer at Horan, Carroll and Associates, Inc. from March 2005 to June 2019, overseeing day-to-day operations and project design for a wide range of civil engineering initiatives. Gary also managed transportation and civil engineering at Schemmer, contributing to numerous state department projects, and held roles at EST/Engineering Services and Testing, Inc., Chiang, Patel & Yerby, Inc., and Terracon Consultants, Inc. Gary earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University from 1990 to 1995.
