Robert Powell

Robert Powell, P.E. is an experienced engineering manager and traffic engineer currently employed at Benham, a Haskell Company since April 2016. Previous roles include traffic engineer at Leidos and civil engineer at the US Forest Service, focusing on public works contracts and traffic engineering.
