Celine Mol

Celine Mol has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Co-Founder and CTO at Beni, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Apeel from June 2018 to October 2021 as a Software Engineer. Celine'sresponsibilities included designing and building data lakes and warehouses, deploying ETL scripts, and developing RESTful APIs and dashboards using various technologies. Celine also co-founded The Hurd Co in April 2018, a company focused on making fabric from agricultural waste, where they served until July 2019. During their time at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management - University of California, Santa Barbara from September 2017 to June 2019, they specialized in Corporate Environmental Management, with a focus on Eco-Entrepreneurship, and was funded by Deckers Inc as an Eco-Entrepreneurship Fellow. Celine has interned at various organizations, including the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis (NCEAS) as a Data Management Intern, the Institute for Energy Efficiency at UCSB as a Qualitative Data Analysis/Research Intern, UCSB Department of Geography as a Spatial Data Analysis/Research Intern, and Graphiq Inc. as a UX Research Intern.

Celine Mol's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Monta Vista High School and obtained a High School Diploma in 2014. Following that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics. In November 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
