Jade Poolman

Jade Poolman is a Learning and Development Leader with extensive experience in empowering individuals and enhancing team performance through strategic training initiatives. They previously served as the UK Learning and Development Manager at Lead Forensics from 2018 to 2020, where they played a crucial role in developing talent and designing effective training programs. Jade has worked in various capacities, including as a Learning and Development Manager at Wiggle and a Learning and Development Partner at Paperchase Products Ltd. They hold multiple qualifications, including a CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development, along with a diploma in screen acting and dance education. Currently, Jade is the Head of Learning and Development at Benifex, continuing to drive meaningful change in organizational learning.
