Previously, they worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Mercer and held several roles at JLT Employee Benefits, including Flexible Benefits Consultant, where they specialized in the audit, design, and implementation of various employee benefits schemes. Leeann's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Media, Marketing and Cultural Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside A Levels from Eccles College and GCSEs from St. Patrick's R.C.
