Lorena Lancefield has extensive experience in customer success and the performing arts. At Benefex since September 2017, Lorena has advanced through roles from Employee Support Specialist to Customer Success Director, demonstrating strong leadership and client management skills. Prior to this, Lorena gained experience in customer service at Clas Ohlson and Sales Assistant positions at Sports Direct and Esprit. Additionally, Lorena has a background in dance, having worked as a Dancer at Warner Theater and Merlin Entertainments plc, as well as serving as Assistant Dance Teacher/Choreographer for the Festival Theatre Youth Company. Lorena holds a degree in Dance Performance and Choreography from the University of Chichester and completed high school specializing in Dance at Arts Educational Schools London.
