Mark Smith

Mark Smith has a diverse background in employee benefits and customer success, with significant experience in various leadership roles. Mark began a career as a Pensions Administrator at Kent County Council from January 2001 to May 2006, before moving to JLT Employee Benefits where Mark served as Implementation Manager, Team Manager, and ultimately as Head of BenPal Client Services until September 2018. Following this, Mark worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson as a BenPal Consultant for Trustee Services from September 2013 to July 2015. Most recently, Mark held positions at Benefex from October 2018 to May 2023, first as Customer Success Director and then as Commercial Lead, overseeing the organization's client engagement strategy.
