Matthew Willis

Matthew Willis is a seasoned leader in the HR tech and growth sectors, currently serving as VP of Americas at Benifex, where they oversee hypergrowth initiatives in benefits administration software. Previously, they held key positions at Broadbean Technology, where Matthew successfully drove a 4x increase in North America ARR, and at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions, achieving over 2x growth through strategic channel innovations. A co-founder of Green Planet Group Inc, they facilitated an $80M public exit through a reverse merger. In addition to their professional endeavors, Matthew invests in and mentors early-stage AI companies through the Founder Institute. They are pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Colorado Law School.
