Julia Kruth has a diverse work experience with various roles in the customer experience and management field. Julia currently works as the Head of Client Success Management for Nordics at Benify since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Customer Experience Officer and Partner at Management Events from 2014 to 2022. In this role, they led the transformation of the business event industry and was responsible for revamping the customer experience organization. Julia also worked as the Group Customer Experience Manager and Team Manager Customer Experience at Management Events. Before their time at Management Events, Julia was a Co-owner of Sundmans Fjällgård and worked as a Receptionist at BEST WESTERN Columbus Hotell. Julia has gathered international expertise through their work with events in various countries.
