Patrick Nelson, MBA, is an experienced operations and support executive, currently serving as EVP of Operations & CX Support at Benjamin. Previously, Patrick held leadership roles at Rakuten Rewards, where they were promoted from Director to Senior Director of Member Services, and managed customer operations at Ebates and NCO Group. Patrick earned a Master of Business Administration from Rockford University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from DePaul University. Throughout their career, Patrick has been recognized for their contributions, including being a Stevie Award winner.
