Alex Custer

Alex Custer is an experienced professional in horticulture and operations management with a diverse background in greenhouse production, fabrication, and education. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Orchard and Greenhouse Program at Bennett Compost since December 2023, Alex is responsible for overseeing daily operations and educational programming. Prior roles include Lead Fabricator at RTO Lighting, Growing and Operations Manager and Head Grower at Star® Roses and Plants, and various positions in production and landscaping. Alex holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Urban Agriculture from Temple University.
