David McCarty

David McCarty, PE, is a Senior Structural Engineer at Bennett & Pless, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, David worked at Jacobs as a Structural Engineer from September 2019 to November 2022 and held multiple positions at Uzun + Case, LLC, including Senior Associate and Associate, from February 2016 to September 2019. David's extensive experience also includes serving as a Senior Structural Project Engineer, Structural Project Engineer, and Structural Engineer in various capacities at Stewart from August 2006 to February 2016. Early in the career, David gained experience as an Engineering Intern at LBYD, Inc. in 2004. David earned a Master of Science degree from Auburn University (2004 - 2006) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University (2000 - 2004).
