Joele Fowler is a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer and Principal at Bennett & Pless, Inc., with over 28 years of diverse structural engineering experience. Since joining the firm in January 1995, Joele has served as Engineer of Record and project manager for a wide range of projects, including educational facilities, hospitals, parking garages, industrial facilities, wastewater treatment plants, medical office buildings, and hotels, with a focus on new construction and unique structural solutions. Prior to this role, Joele was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1993 to December 1994, where instrumentation and monitoring for large-scale dynamic testing of hollow clay tile infilled walls were performed. Joele holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
