Wes McLean

Wes McLean, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as Principal at Bennett & Pless, Inc. since January 2019, Wes has previously held key positions at Ace Industries, where responsibilities included managing a team for custom engineered overhead bridge crane systems, and at Pond & Company as Lead Structural Engineer, focusing on structural design solutions.
