William (Bill) Brown, PE, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bennett & Pless, Inc. since April 2021, overseeing operations of all business units and contributing to the Executive Team. Previously, Bill held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Wenck from October 2007 until its acquisition by Stantec in December 2020, where responsibilities included strategic management and business development. Bill’s earlier experience includes over 14 years at EARTH TECH, where roles ranged from Director/Environmental Services Manager to Sr. Air Quality Engineer, managing large teams and significant contracts related to environmental remediation and compliance for diverse clients. Bill holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Iowa.
