From January 2008 to August 2015, Farhan Dole served as the Club Lounge in Charge at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), focusing on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Marketing Executive at Ceylinco Life from December 2004 to April 2005. Farhan Dole holds a degree in Hospitality from SLITHM, where education was completed between 2004 and 2008, and additional education from St. Anne's College Kurunegala and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
