Steve B. is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at ABS Wavesight, where they focus on retention, net revenue retention, and advocacy in Maritime SaaS. With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries, they have held significant leadership roles, including Chief Officer at Pacific Drilling and Regional Managing Director at the Bahamas Maritime Authority. Steve co-founded International Operations Management Safety Solutions and is currently a Senior ESG Advisor at The ESG Institute, among other advisory positions. They hold an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University and are pursuing a B.S. in Marine Transportation at Texas A&M University.
