Craig Smith is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in audit, financial reporting, and practice review. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Bensen since November 2024, Craig previously held the role of Financial Reporting Manager at 123Dentist. As Director of Practice Review at the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia from February 2022 to October 2023, Craig led the Practice Review program and provided critical oversight and mentorship while enhancing collaboration within the Public Practice team. Craig's career includes significant positions at KPMG Canada and Manning Elliott Accountants & Business Advisors, where expertise was developed in audit and assurance services across various industries. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.
