Irina M.

Irina M. has a diverse range of work experience in product management and digital transformation. Irina began their career in 2016 as a Digital Transformation Product Manager at Growzer, where they successfully built a Horeca Management Platform. Irina then worked as a Digital Transformation & Globalization Product Manager at Bonebakker Juwelier Amsterdam, where they advised the company on their digital strategy and delivered a website redesign. In 2018, Irina joined Mobly as a Digital Transformation - Product Manager, where they focused on the digitalization of mobility and automotive insurance processes. Irina also worked as a Product Manager at Hit Financial Freedom, where they built financial tools and a B2C platform. In 2017, Irina worked as a Product Management Consultant at Workero, where they built and launched the Workero full-stack platform. Irina then joined Moonsense as a Product Marketing Manager, where they delivered product positioning strategies and website content structures. In 2020, Irina joined Paper as a Product Manager for financial products, where they integrated customer feedback into product development and led beta launch strategies. In 2021, they became the Head Product Manager at Remastr, and in 2022, Irina joined Bent Pixels as a Senior Product Manager. Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated skills in aligning teams, conducting user research, defining roadmaps, and implementing optimal product processes.

Irina M. completed their education at the Journalism, Communication, and Public Relations College of Spiru Haret University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Journalism. Before that, they attended Colegiul National Aurel Vlaicu Bucuresti from 1999 to 2003, obtaining a Diploma in Programming and Computer Science with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Irina M. obtained a certification as a Certified Product Manager from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in January 2021.
