Bram Deblaere

Bram Deblaere is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in production, quality, logistics, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at BENTELER Group since June 2008, Bram also acts as the Deputy Plant Manager, enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Production and Quality Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality, Environment & Process Manager at Autoliv, where responsibilities included backup for the Production & Logistic Manager. Additional experience encompasses positions as Supplier Quality Manager at Tower Automotive Gent and Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer at Volvo Cars Gent. Bram holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electro-Mechanics, from HOGENT and a Bachelor’s degree in Auto-mechanics from Katholieke Hogeschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen, complemented by further education at Vlerick Business School.
