Cui Ye

Cui Ye has extensive work experience in the human resources field. They started their career at Siemens VDO in 1999, where they worked as an HR Manager/Senior HR Consultant until 2007. They then joined Lear Corporation in 2007 and held various roles including Regional HR Manager, Corporation Senior HR Manager, Recruiting Director, Senior HR Manager - China EPMS, HR Director-EPMS Asia, and Asia Learning & Development Director. In 2019, Cui Ye joined BENTELER Group as the HR Director Asia.

Cui Ye completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business Administration from East China University of Science and Technology & France Business School.
